Autumn Ridge Cottages. Located just two miles south of downtown Lexington, VA, the three cottages are situated on a 40-acre ridge surrounded by grassy fields and woodlands. Enjoy the Blue Ridge Mountains from the picnic table at the end of the ridge! Wildlife is abundant with deer, wild turkey, rabbits and birds. Convenient to the city while maintaining a secluded atmosphere. The cottages have been carefully situated so that each one is not visible from the others allowing for peace and serenity. The Cabins at Rose River Farm. Three exceptional cabins located on 20 acres with beautiful views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and the Rose River Valley. High Lonesome Cabin. Built in 2008 in the Blue Ridge Mountains, this rustic cabin sits high on a steep finger of the Priest Mountain near the Appalachian Trail. Wineries, orchards, stables, golf, rivers, antiques and lakes are all within minutes of the long gravel driveway (4-wheel or all-wheel drive required). Our 20 acres are surrounded by National Forest and protected land, so you have much privacy! Outside there's a fire pit where you can enjoy marshmallows and the starriest skies you've ever seen. There's also a picnic table and charcoal grill. Cornhole and horseshoes are provided, as well as a hammock and even a guitar for fire pit sing-a-longs.
