Our Wines:
Black Currant Semi Dry Oaked: The full black currant experience with complex earth tones and tangy berry flavors that activate every part of your palate. The medium oaking smooths the flavors and adds vanilla and leather undertones. Pairs well with lamb, beef and wild game.
Black Currant Semi Sweet Oaked: Same as above but with a touch of residual sugar that adds sweetness to the taste but still finishes with a nice mild dryness on the tip of the tongue. Pairs well with lamb, beef and wild game.
Black Currant Semi-Dry: Again the full black currant experience with complex earth tones and tangy berry flavors for those who prefer un-oaked wines. Pairs well with lamb, beef, wild game and chocolate!
Black Currant Semi Sweet: Very drinkable for every wine lover. Perfect for the party because when you don’t know what your guests will like, they will like this. Pairs well with an empty glass. Just drink it baby!
Red Currant Semi Sweet: Robust taste that starts sweet and ends tangy. A great anytime of day wine that everyone will enjoy. You will want this with your Thanksgiving feast. Amazing with turkey, pork, chicken.
Raspberry Signature Semi-Dry: An off dry wine from red raspberries hand selected on our farm. Imagine eating fresh raspberries but with a little zing! Pairs well with poultry, pork and desserts.
Lone Goose Gooseberry Semi-Sweet: Clean and crisp, this slightly acidic wine keeps the typical character of gooseberries. Its light “sauvignon blanc” aroma and great and genuine taste will make this pale rose beauty the centerpiece of any dinner table.
