The Finger Lakes Bed & Breakfast is located in the quaint village of Penn Yan, New York. This elegant 1840s era Italianate style home is perfectly situated on nearly five acres of expansive lawns and rambling woods. Enjoy chirping birds and summer winds through the leaves of our mature walnut and maple trees while you relax with a glass of wine on one of our two spacious verandas.
Located in a peaceful residential district, our home offers the best of Penn Yan and the surrounding Finger Lakes: easy access to the Keuka and Seneca Lake wine trails; village shops & restaurants; the local beer, spirits, cheese, and ice cream trails; the Keuka Lake Outlet Trail; The Windmill Farm & Craft Market; and only a short drive to Watkins Glen, Corning, and Ithaca.
Our guest rooms are comfortable and elegant, each with its own unique ambience and amenities. All rooms have their own private en suite bathrooms with showers or bathtub and individually controlled air conditioning systems.
We have designed each room providing “at home” amenities with luxurious robes, quality linens & towels, fragrant bath products, hair dryers, iron and ironing boards, and charging stations. We also have high-speed WiFi access throughout the house and cable TV with free movie channels in each room.
