Our Wines:
Caba Moch – 2015 Silver Medal. Sweet Rosé. A Sangria style wine made from our Marechal Foch and Catawba grapes this sweet and fruity wine is very easy to drink and currently Summerset Winery’s #1 seller. Also known as ‘A party in a bottle’. Serve chilled.
Harvest White – Semi-Sweet White Wine made from Catawba grapes. Sweet & Tart with hints of pink grapefruit and peach. Serve chilled.
Wink – ermented from the highest quality grapes grown locally, Wink is a traditionally pressed off-dry rosé. Notes of strawberry jam, melon and rhubarb. It is light and refreshing, but crisp and bright to the palette. Wink pairs nicely with soft cheeses, salmon bruschetta or cheesecakes.
Vignoles – Semi-Sweet White Wine made from the French varietal ‘Vignoles’. This “Midwestern Riesling” has a pear, peach and apricot aroma with a fruit forward flavor and a light citrus finish. All grapes are from Summerset and Victor Rose Vineyards. Serve chilled.
Frontenac – Dry Red. Medium bodied red made from our Frontenac varietal, grown on the north slope to accentuate the floral tones before fermented on French oak. Notes of black cherries, currants, vanilla, and spice in the finish. .Serve at room temperature.
Niagara – Back by popular demand! This sweet white wine brings a bright ruby red grapefruit flavor to the front of the palate and finishes so softly with a well balanced sweetness. Aromas of pear, honey and green apple burst from the glass. Try pairing this with a spicy Thai Salad or Chicken Curry. Served chilled.
Vidal Blanc – Dry White Wine made from the Vidal varietal grown in Iowa. Crisp and refreshing, unoaked with citrus notes. Hints of pineapple, grapefruit and apricot. Smooth and soft finish. Serve chilled.
Edelweiss – Semi-sweet white wine made from the Edelweiss varietal, light and fruity with floral undertones. Nectarine, white peach,and apricot notes on the nose and palate with hints of green apple no the finish. Serve chilled.
Vintage Red – Semi-Dry Red, full flavored and robust with hints of cherries, currants and spice with a wisp of sweetness.
Marechal Foch – Dry red with black cherry and a hint of cocoa. Soft tannins, spice notes and lightly oaked.
Concord – Sweet Red. Made from our Concord varietal this sweet robust red wine can be served chilled or room temperature. Serve chilled.
Kiss Me – Sweet White Wine. A fruity, delicate blend of sweet white grapes with hints of pink grapefruit, strawberries and tropical fruits. Serve chilled.
Pink Frost – Blush Wine. Sweet and sassy light pink wine with hints of peach, sun-ripened strawberries, pears and a smooth pink grapefruit finish. Serve chilled.
