Situated high atop the Ephrata Mountain with a gorgeous 30 mile view of farms and small towns and surrounded by over 300 acres of huge trees. Secluded and quiet, yet near towns and highways, the house was built in 2007 and is sunny throughout. Choose from 6 uniquely decorated suites, a one bedroom furnished apartment, or a five bedroom, four bath vacation home rental, or your can rent the whole house with six bedrooms, six baths, pool, gazebo and fire pit area.
All suites are quite spacious with private bath, large operable windows, hair dryer, cable TV, rocker or recliner, alarm clock radio, closet, wi-fi, ceiling fan, central heat & AC, dresser, desk. Most include a 6’ whirlpool tub, fireplace, and mini fridge, queen size bed + single or full, and will comfortably sleep 3 or 4 people. Some suites offer a King size bed, two suites are on the 1st floor – no steps, private outside deck entry, wheel chair accessible, fully appointed kitchen. Guests enjoy free Wi-fi, non-alcoholic beverages, and a delicious full breakfast customized to your tastes and needs.
You’ll enjoy use of the living room, dining room, screened porch, deck, yards, heated outdoor pool (Mid-May thru Labor Day), gazebo, and picnic/campfire area & hammocks. Vist all the wonderful area wineries, but be sure to allow some time to just relax at our B&B and enjoy nature.
