When Chris and Martha Carpenter decided in 2005 to plant their vineyard in Corrales, NM with the help of friends and family, their goal was simple:
“To make their own delicious wine and share it with the people they love.”
Then in 2011, what started as the couple’s passion project became a beloved fixture in Corrales, NM. Pasando Tiempo Winery and Vineyard opened its doors to the public, and has since turned into a destination for locals and travelers alike.
Today, they opened a larger wine tasting room to accommodate all the visitors and locals. The larger venue allows for our Vintner to have wine tasting dinners, classes and lessons. We hope you’ll come visit our new location.
“Pasando Tiempo” means “passing time,” and that’s exactly what we want our customers to do: relax, take their time, and enjoy good wine and good company. We love getting to know people and going the extra mile to make them happy, whether with tastings, free cheese and crackers, or one-off events like dinner and wine pairings. For us, being able to share our love of good wine with good friends is a dream come true.
